Fluids

In this chapter we learn about the behaviour of fluids. We will see how Archimedes' principle can be used to determine which materials will float in a given fluid. Bernouilli's equation, which relates the pressure to the flow speed in a fluid, will also be presented. As we will see, Archimedes' principle and Bernouilli's equation are responsible for many important and common phenomena. They will also play an important role in our study of heat flow in the next Chapter.
